Connecticut Pest Control Association Refund Policy

Donations and Store Purchases:
Please note that all donations and items purchased from the Connecticut Pest Control Association (CTPCA) online store are non-refundable.

Event Registration Refund/Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Can't attend but want to send someone in your place? No problem! Substitutions are allowed both before the event and on-site at the 2024 CTPCA Fall Seminar & Expo. Simply email our meetings team at info@ctpestcontrolassociation.org with the name of the original attendee and the name of the substitute. Please note, the individual making the substitution request is responsible for any outstanding balance associated with the change. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are not allowed.

Need to cancel your registration? All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ctpestcontrolassociation.org. Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • More than 31 days before the event: 100% refund
  • 25-31 days before the event: 75% refund
  • 18-24 days before the event: 50% refund
  • 11-17 days before the event: 25% refund
  • 10 days or less before the event & No-shows: No refund
